Order & Shipping
Order Processing Details:
- Order processing time ranges between 1-2 business days
- Place your order by 12:00pm to have the order processed same day
- A tracking number will be sent via e-mail when the order has been shipped
SIAM SWISS is committed to the delivery of orders to customers timely. However, these guarantees are suspended if shipping delays are caused by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays or incorrect address.. SIAM SWISS reserves the right to alter shipping methods chosen during checkout and will process a refund accordingly in the unfortunate event.
Home or Business shipments within the Thailand will be sent through FedEx Express or TNT. TUDOR Boutique by SIAM SWISS only offers shipment to addresses within Kingdom of Thailand. All local shipping costs will be provided by SIAM SWISS complimentary. International shipping is not available. Shipment will be processed and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Following Thailand’s law and regulations, the 7% local tax (Value Added Tax) will be added to your order upon checkout. Purchases with tax deductions for tourists are only applicable to in-store purchases.

IN-BOUTIQUE PICK-UP (CLICK & COLLECT)
SIAM SWISS offers the click and collect service where you can purchase the product from the comfort of your home and collect from the TUDOR Boutique by SIAM SWISS located at 392, 22 Siam Square Soi 5, Pathumwan.
Click and collect orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once the order is ready for collection, you will be notified by email.
In-Boutique Pick-Up Policy:
For security purpose, only you are authorized to collect your order. Kindly bring along the following documents upon collection at the TUDOR Boutique by SIAM SWISS:
- Electronic or printed copy of your order confirmation email
- The original payment card (to verify your order)
- A government issued Identification Card: Passport or Driver’s license
FITTING YOUR TUDOR
Fitting Your TUDOR
When you order a TUDOR timepiece from SIAM SWISS, the bracelet (steel or steel and gold) will be resized to meet your wrists measurements. To measure your wrist size, a wrist-sizer print out is available here. You can also contact our customer service team via (+66)2-658-4484 or Live Chat for assistance. Please be informed that all communication channels operate between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Enquiries sent after operating hours will be attended to the next working day.
If the bracelet is not sized to your preference:
- Contact us via email@example.com, call (+66)2-658-4484 or via Live Chat. Kindly note that these platforms operate between 10:00am – 6:00pm.
- A pre-paid packaging will be sent to you, facilitating a hassle-free process, delivery will also be provided complimentary. Please note that the purchased timepiece(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
- Kindly place the item into its original presentation box together with a copy of the dispatch note into the parcel. Please ensure that the parcel is secured and sealed.
- Once received, the bracelet will be resized and redelivered to your designated address complimentary.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
4.1 Return and Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind on the order placed before receiving the email confirmation, you can cancel your order that have yet to enter the dispatch process by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, once you have received our order confirmation email, the respective Tudor 5-Year Worldwide Guarantee Card has been activated under your name with the date of payment indicated. As such, we will not be able to cancel your order.
4.2 Exchange Policy
Please note that all items purchased from SIAM SWISS both online and in-store are not eligible for exchange.

Can I cancel/change my order?
Please call us at (+66)2-658-4484 as early as possible to inform us of the change or cancellation.
However, kindly note that this is subjected to the discretion of SIAM SWISS. Please be reminded that once you have received our order confirmation email, the respective TUDOR 5-Year Worldwide Guarantee Card has been activated under your name with the date of payment indicated. As such, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Which payment methods do SIAM SWISS accept online?
SIAM SWISS currently accepts domestic bank transfers only.
Credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Union Pay are currently accepted in-boutique only. Credit card payments will be accepted online in the future.
How long is the warranty for TUDOR watches bought through the SIAM SWISS website?

SIAM SWISS is an Official TUDOR Retailer, all TUDOR Watches purchased through the website offers the same five-year international guarantee.
When is the warranty card dated?
Once payment has been made and confirmed by SIAM SWISS, the TUDOR 5-Year Worldwide Guarantee Card will be activated under your name with the date of payment.
5.4 Shipping & Returns
How is my order shipped?
SIAM SWISS will arrange an appointment and our courier partner will pick up the package. Shipment will be made via land transportation only.
Can I track my order?
Once payment is completed, an email will be sent informing the tracking number as well as the tracking URL link.
What is your return policy?
You may change your mind and notify us that you wish to cancel your order for timepieces at any time before you receive our email that confirms your order (Order Confirmation Email). Please note that this is a different email from the one that we send to notify that we have received your order.
Post this process, you will no longer have the ability to cancel your order.
